I can only say that this stay was absolutely fantastic, exceeding all my expectations. Check-in and check-out went very smoothly, and during our stay, our butler, Patrick, never said no or refused any of our requests. He did his best to meet our needs, truly making our experience unforgettable. Of course, the team members were also incredibly friendly and welcoming, and our children thoroughly enjoyed interacting with them. Once again, a huge thank you to Patrick and his team—Alfie, Benedict, Chloe, Anna, Hana, Freddie, and Maria—for providing us with a perfect vacation experience

The service is very friendly. The place is nice, clean, neat, and aesthetic. You can also get free breakfast 😍 It was a pleasure to meet Patrick, Alfie, Maria, Chloe, and Benedict. “Beautiful Chalet”
Beautiful chalet - we hosted our media stay here and everyone loved it! Love the onsen which is huge and has an outdoor/indoor area. Great staff too, the butler Patrick is amazing and car/driver is included.

I had an incredibly comfortable and pleasant stay at Tsubasa at Hanaridge in Hokkaido. The property itself is stunning, but what truly made the experience unforgettable was the exceptional service provided by Patrick.
